Having practiced yoga for several years and looking to learn more about breathing and meditation techniques, I enrolled for the AOL Part 1 course. This is a wonderful course – more than I could have imagined. I left looking at the world with new eyes and feeling happier than I have been in years! This course made me deal with things that I have not had to face before, which was really emotional, but I feel that part of me has opened up at last, and let go of the inhibitions and fears that I had. I used to suffer from serious depression due to stress from my work and demands from my family. As a result I had a mental breakdown and was admitted to the hospital. Inspite of the treatments, I suffered a loss of memory and could not even recognise my husband. I constantly contemplated suicide.
