The Art of Living Course is in 2 parts: The Part 1 Course (available in 6-days or a 3-day Intensive) and the Part 2 Course (a 4 day Residential Program).

The Part 1 course brings to our experience that life is truly beautiful! It will teach the Sudarshan Kriya, a powerful energizer and cleanser, and knowledge that presents life’s deepest secrets in a language that is easily understood.

Life is much more than our innumerable habitual daily routines... It is so much more than just eating, drinking, sleeping, working, chatting...

The Program opens our eyes, mind and heart to how much more meaningful and complete our lives can be. In a harmonious environment, it’s easy to say, “I feel peaceful and contented.” However, if nothing goes to plan and there is utter chaos all around, and you still say, “Yes! I am peaceful and happy,” then you have attained something very special indeed... That is The Art of Living... and that is what the Part I course brings to our experience.

Although the Art of Living Course Part I is considered to be the entry program for adults, it is recommended that one repeat this course every few months. Infact, according to most repeaters, with every successive course one receives a better understanding of the knowledge points. Through simple and effective course points, Sri Sri has made accessible profound knowledge.
