SAHAJ SAMADHI MEDITATION COURSE

Sahaj means natural, effortless and Samadhi is a deep meditative state of mind.
Sahaj Samadhi is exactly that – a natural, effortless system of meditation that allows the conscious mind to settle deeply into the self, thus giving it much needed deep rest. When the mind settles down it lets go of all tension and stress and centers itself into the present moment.
It is only in the present moment – those moments when the mind is free from regrets about the past, and anxiety about the future – that one finds true happiness. In just a few sessions you will learn to tap the depths of your own nature. Sahaj Samadhi meditation is very easy and enjoyable and regular daily practice can totally transform the quality of your life.
PART II COURSE (ADVANCED MEDITATION COURSE)

A residential course, held over 4-6 days, the Art of Living Part II course is about true relaxation. Here you will dive deeper into your self … and come back refreshed in body, mind and spirit.
The course includes a combination of Silence, Sadhana (relaxation techniques), Satsang (Celebration) and Seva (Service). Silence takes you deeper into yourself, Sadhana builds Energy, Satsang maintains it (elevating consciousness) and finally this energy is lovingly channeled through Seva. It will leave you with a big smile that radiates all the way from within.
BLESSINGS COURSE

The Blessings Course is an advance course with the most amazing processes and meditations. Very different from the normal advance course, it takes you into a different level of meditation. Each meditation is unique and makes you dive into infinity. The kindness and compassion of our Master is beyond words. Come do it and you’ll experience the best gift you have ever received. You become a perfect instrument for the Master’s Grace to flow through.

簡單、自然、有效的靜坐法門,使你體驗生命之美 -自然三摩地 (Sahaj Samadhi) 意味著平靜自然。此靜心法所帶來的深沉鬆弛與休息遠超過一般睡眠。它能在短短的時間裡鬆弛緊繃的神經與釋放壓力,使頭腦獲得深度休息與充電,由波動的負面情緒中回復平靜,同時滋養內在性靈,強化體能與免疫力,延緩老化,並可開發未知潛能。
